Shipping
At Stelakis we believe in providing you with an exceptional shipping and delivery experience.

We ship from Victoria and aim to ship parcels out within 1-2 business days and use Australia Post for the majority of our parcels.

We advise that sometimes due to factors out of our control that parcel delivery may be delayed due to capacity constraints with the shipping company.

Please note:
- If you have had delivery issues in the past, e.g. parcels being stolen or lost, we suggest alternative delivery addresses.
- We cannot instruct Australia Post where to leave an item as this is determined by your preferences on your Australia Post account.

Returns Policies
Please make sure to enter your address correctly. If your shipping details are entered incorrectly this may cause the parcel to be lost or returned to sender. In this case you will be required to pay additional postage.

Please ensure you select your items with care as exchanges and returns are not available for 'change of mind'.
